Kai Ryssdall, host of National Public Radio's (NPR) Marketplace series said on Friday, January 6, 2012, that there was one group affecting local unemployment that his team had not yet examined: those whose job it is to help people find work. During his most recent on-air piece, Ryssdall interviewed Caryn Velie, a jobs counselor at our very own WIlshire Metro WorkSource Center, to find out what people on the service-side of the jobs equation are doing to get our communities back into the workplace.
