Community Career Development, Inc., nonprofit operator of the Wilshire Metro WorkSource Center, hosted a reception congratulating Herb Wesson Jr., Councilman of the 10th Council District, on becoming the first African-American President of the Los Angeles City Council and also recognizing his diligent efforts to reduce the City's high unemployment rate.
