Miguel Cabral has more than 14 years of experience working in the public sector, the majority of which were with transportation-related agencies.
Mr. Cabral is currently the Deputy Executive Officer and Director of Economic Development Initiatives for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (METRO). His responsibilities include but are not limited to, implementing Project Labor Agreements to facilitate the hiring of local residents and engaging small businesses to increase their access to public contracting opportunities.
