Ruth Lopez Novodor is the CEO of On Cue Consulting. She has managed and consulted for Health Care organizations that serve the low to moderate-income populations in Los Angeles, Orange and Inland Empire Counties.

Her executive experience in Healthcare spans 40 years, including serving formerly as CEO of Beverly Oncology and Imaging Medical Group, Inc., a network of cancer treatment centers, co-founder and CEO of VivaHealth Plan, Inc., and co-founder and CEO of Americade Home Health Agency. She continues to advise Managed Care organizations interested in helping the largely underserved communities in Southern California.

Ms. Lopez Novodor has a long history of non-profit and community involvement work. She currently champions the growth of micro-businesses through education, research, and corporate alliances as Founding President of the National Latina Business Association- Inland Empire (NLBWA-IE) Institute, in collaboration with the University of California Riverside School of Public Policy.

She is a volunteer Mentor for the Business School at Biola University. She was a former Chair of the Leadership Council of the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) California, the Latin Business Association (LBA), and a past delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business. She has also served on the boards of numerous community Hispanic and women's business and health organizations.
