
Jaleesa Hazzard
Jaleesa Hazzard is a nonprofit executive with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, program development, workforce training, and strategic consulting. She is the founder of Hazzard Consulting Group, which helps nonprofits, foundations, and associations strengthen their impact through strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership support.
Ms. Hazzard is also the co-founder and Secretary of the Board of Directors for Yes2Jobs (Youth Entertainment Summer), a national program that provides job training and paid internships for minority high school students in the entertainment, media, and communications industries.
Previously, Ms. Hazzard served as Executive Director of Yes2Jobs for 14 years and led Workplace Hollywood, a nonprofit dedicated to training and placing a diverse workforce behind the scenes in the entertainment industry, for five years. Under her leadership, Yes2Jobs placed over 2,500 students in internships nationwide and earned an NAACP Image Award.
Ms. Hazzard resides in Los Angeles and is the widow of former UCLA basketball great Walt Hazzard. She is the mother of four adult sons.
